I will be at Palms Together Yoga to answer questions about mobility, stress management, and upcoming Yoga Tune Up® and Roll Model® Therapy Ball classes.

I will be attending and a sponsor for the second annual Tuley Games, benefitting Jeffrey "whiplash" Tuley. I will be there to answer questions on mobility, recovery, etc. I will also have Roll Model® balls there for sale.
