The goal of this class is to find and remove those blind spots that rear their ugly heads in all kinds of ways. I will lead you through sequences that bring life into, massage, and nourish your tissues. In turn, you will reduce pain, have better posture, move better, breathe better and reduce your stress. You will also learn how your body works and how truly unique and great it is.

The fourth session of four in which the body is split into sections, each being addressed with therapy ball techniques. You will learn how to find your tight and achy spots, and techniques/movements on how to reduce/eliminate them. Breathing is one thing we do and do often (~20,000 times a day). The abdomen is a key to better breathing, immunity, and recovery. The head is also a gateway relaxation and recovery. Our arms are constantly engaged with technology and are desperately in need of care. This class will lead students through techniques that ferret out blind spots in the hips and arms.
